All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the medication, dose, and quantity specified. We do not issue prescriptions for controlled drugs through this service. We may decline, pause, or discontinue your treatment at any time if our clinical team considers it is not in your best interest.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to our courier partner's service. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
All medication is dispatched in discreet, appropriately sealed packaging. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier disruptions or incorrect delivery details provided by you. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, in accordance with Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts medicinal products from standard cancellation rights.
If your order is declined at the clinical stage, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
